Lost Highway 9 is an assemblage of musicians based on a back highway in NW Washington state. Often aided and abetted by studio musicians from across America and beyond the band is based in a 109 year old bank building half way between Seattle and the Canadian border. Highway 9 in NW Washington state is a curving thread shadowing Interstate 5 from North of Seattle to the Canadian border.
Small towns, river crossings, lakes and roadhouses mark its path as it curves along the Western edge of the foothills of the cascade mountains.
